Section 107 misuse by In-Law for my husband

My In-laws are torturing me and my husband mentally for dowry since the day I entered their house I never registered FIR because of my family reputation yet every now and then they register false complaint accusing my husband for dispute under section 107 and forcefully possessing house where out of 16 room we live in 1 room along with kitchen inside the room, no one came for verification yet take their complaint without any proof.

If any false complaint is registered then u can get it quashed from high court under 482 CRPC. U can also file a complaint against them and also take the help of provisions in Donestic violence act for residence orders in ur in -laws house. Contact me fir help.

if they are filing complaining , they are strengthening the case. you are not doing anything might considered against you. Now about 16 room, you must check that who is the registered owner of this property. and is this an insestral property or not. your rights are depends on them. along with easemy act.
