Whats the process of court marriage if status of both paries are legally divorced

Hello If both the parties are legally divorced then yes you two individuals can have second marriage. You need to apply before the Marriage Registrar and there is waiting time for 30 days after notice to marriage. For better clarity and consultation on the procedure Please feel free to call. Than u can do marriage with anyone you want with her consent, you can go to ur area court and can hire an advocate of your area and go for court marriage procedure, it will take 3 To 4 hours only and u will be together after that
