DV filed, husband filed sec 9 in rohtak and I need to transfer in Gurgaon. How many fees charged for transfer from high court.

The charges will depend from lawyer to lawyer. You will generally get the stay on the first day itself. The High Court can also refer the case for mediation where the mediator will try for an amicable settlement. Mostly, in family disputes the matter gets settled through mediation in High Court.
