Husband ne flat apne name register karva liya jabki kariban 10 lakh mene new flat m diy h but ab mughe aur bacho ko vha bhi nhi jaane de rahe h usme husband ne lock lga kar rakha h m jaane ki koshish kar rahi thi to mughe police ki dhamkiya de rahe h m govt .employee hu so dar bhi h M apna rights kese pa sakti hu

Hello as a wife you have a right to residence in the matrimonial house or where husband live. You can file complaint under domestic violence act. Your children can claim maintenance from their father for education, food, health etc. Regarding the share in property you can file civil suit to claim your share a you paid Rs 10 lakh at the time of purchase of flat.
