Mai apne husband k sath sasusal se alag city me rehti hu mera ek beta hai jise mere husband ka chota bhai mere pas nahi rhnedena chahta muje meri marji ke bina sasural le jaya jata hai vha par mentally disturbed kiya jata hai bar bar hmare ghar se nikalja ki dhamki di jati hai muje btayye mere pati ke chote bhai ka mere bete par koi right hai ki vo mere bacche ko mujse alag kar ske aur muje meri marji ke bina sasural na lekar jaya jaye

aapke bete pr aapke alawa kisi ka koi adhikari nhi h Or kisi bhi sun Or daughter ki 7 years tk maa hi natural guardian hoty h aapne apne bete ki age mention nhi ki question me aapke devar ya jeth ka kisi bhi tareeke se aapke bete pr legally koi adhikaar nhi h yadi aapke husband ko bhi apna beta lena h to unko bhi Court me mukadma guardian and ward act ka krna hoga or aapko aapki margi ke bina koi sasuraal nhi le ga sakta aap hi sakht pesh nhi aa rahi h lagta h aap unke viruddh domestic violence and dowry demand ka or apna or bete ka Mantinace mang sakty ho aapko kanoon me tamaam bikalp h unka bprayog karo

Your son cannot be illegally taken out of your custody by the younger brother of your husband or anyone else. In case you are son is forcibly taken away by anyone, it shall be open for you to file a habeas corpus petition in the High Court and to regain the custody of your son. If your in-laws are abusing you domestically, it is open for you to Register a case against them under the provisions of the domestic violence act.

Aapke bete ko aapse dur rakhne ka kisi ko koi haq nhi he or na hi kanoon iski ijazat deta he. aap is ghatna ke sambandh me police me ya mahila thane me case darj karaiye. Agar case darj nhi Kiya jata he to court ke madhyam se 156(3) cr.p.c ka case kijiye. Jo aapke sath ho rha he ye kanunan jurm he or human rights ke virudh he.
