Rules in regard to divorce from first wife due to her behaviour

i want to take divorce from my first wife as i have married second wife.A case is in court from my second wife family.and was sent to jail and i m now on bail.and now my first wife is fighting with my family members.so i want to take divorce from my first wife.i will give alimony.
You are free to file a divorce. You can file divorce case in your district family court and the court will consider all the aspect , including the the amount of alimony. Now you have taken second wife during life time of first wife and it is a criminal offence, the court will consider this aspect also.
