Row house, ground floor wife staying, 1st and 2nd floor in my possession but I am staying in different city..wife and father in law threatening to share key of 1st and 2nd floor within a week else he will break open the locks.

File an Injunction suit before Civil Court under order 39 rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, then court may grant interim Injunction over the said area whatever comes and thereafter your problem may also be short out.

If any person is threatening you, without delaying you give your complaint to the concerned police station. If the police do nothing on your complaint then you move to court and file a case against him/her. for more information please contact me.
