rights of wife and kid when husband does second marriage.

I am a Hindu my husband has married another women and has 2 children with her even I have a daughter.Now he doesn't pays my daughter's school fee and hasn't even paid the rent of our house please tell what should I do.my daughter is sitting at home from past 6 months .please help.
You have full right to live with dignity with all essential survivals irrespective of the fact that your husband did second marriage. If you are divorced woman then also you and your daughter are entitle to get maintenance. If you are not seperated by divorce then his second marriage is totally illegal and it is crime in the eyes of law. You should file the maintenance complaint against your husband. By this, court will fix some amount on monthly basis which is to be paid by your husband. It is the duty of your husband to maintain you and your daughter. After that if you thinks fit you can go ahead for filing a complaint of polygamy against your husband in court of law.
