Q: What is legal action for non payment of invoices in india ?

My Client and I had a contract with termination clause. As per termination clause he has to pay me and he has accepted my invoices but keeps saying he is low on funds and will pay me soon. party not giving payment , Invoices are 90 days old. Should I wait or take legal recourse.

first you issue a legal notice through counsel for your dues if he not pay your dues after receiving your notice, you can file recovery suit against him. you can file recovery suit within three years

Q: Wants to File a divorce petition

My husband filed case in 2015 asking for divorce that time i asked for alimony but no results. Now i do not want any alimony i just want simple divorce and peace of mind. How muct time this procedure takes.

if you are not working, your application for maintenance should be allowed within time. You can file divorce petition on the ground of mutual consent if your husband is ready for the same, it will take six months to get divorce.

Q: Police is not ready to file a FIR for death of a person

I My brother had missed on dated 27.02.2017 and we searched him till 28.02.2017 and evening I found my brother MOBILE with another person and I went to JaitPur Police Station after going there After 4 hour they told me that your brother body has been founded on railway track near sarita vihar metro and your brother met with train accident and he got dead and your brother case has been investigated by the Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway Police Sataion. FIR has not been registered. We have doubt on his friend with whom he was with them and I have some call recordings may be that can be use full. Police is not ready to file FIR. Please advise what should be done.

what was the post mortem report of your brother, what was the opinion giving by the doctor, if there is some thing wrong and police is not register a case, then you can apply before the court for registration of FIR

Q: Compromised in mediation wife torchering where should I complain

My wife after 14 years of marriage lodged complaint in women cell under 498a n DV,in mediation I got afraid because my mother name was included.i surrendered as she was not allowing to meet my 12 years old daughter who is my only child. Now on every day basis she humiliates me and doing black magic by adding something or another in my food.i have stopped eating food made by her from last 1 year.my daughter knows every thing,she makes me alert in every day basis.my daughter who is now 13 years old also wants to leave her mother as she ha come to known that my wife is humiliating and touring both of us. Can any body suggest me wheather my daughter can lodge a complaint against her?

what was the compromise in mediation you should tell that comprise first, court will not believe in black magic, your daughter can lodge a complaint against anybody for the atrocities committed by her mother or anybody

Is situation se kaise nikale?
