Rights of grandmother in property

My grandfather has 2 sons, my father and my uncle. My grandfather bought 4 acres of land and gain 2 acres from ansistral means. Now my uncle divide it into 3 parts ( 1part for my father, 1 for him and 1 for my grandmother). My grandmother is interested to give her share to my uncle. So to stop this please give me suggestions.

okay i understand your issue well come to Lawrato 1/3 share now your family got ofter death of your grand mother your grand mother share at the time of living she is share the property that is her intrest in case she us not share her property you have to take off share of her shate you will get

Dear Sir Ask your father to file dummy partition suit claiming 2 accres of land inaddition to partition and to get stay order fron transfering such property. Altimately you it will be ended in compromise.
