Rights of Daughters on Fathers Property , if father leaves no will

ii am an hindhu.my father has taken 1986 in the name my mother. we are 2 sisters n 1 brother. now my father was no more. he died on 2006. is thr any legal rgts to me on tht property. he has not made any will.

Whether it's self property and he did not written any will so on that time the legal heirs have equal share in that property it means you can get it 3/1 like that ..Hindu succession act clearly says the marriage /unmarraige daughters have equals rift her fathers property

If your father was the earning member of the family and mother was not contributing any financial help to family then you can claim a share showing that the property was in fact belonged to your father.

There is no necessity of Will by father as a daughter u have a right so ask for your right and if not given file suit for partition by mets and bound u get ur share 1/4 share one share so file a case and u get it
