Right of sisters over her brother earned land

My father has 4 sisters , my father seperated from them then he got 3 acres land and one tractor.then he sold his tractor got some 3 lakhs and used it for money lending, slowly he bought 12 acres of land. Now his sisters filed a case for a part in his newly earned land and they gave a logic by saying he earned because of the Fathers money Soon after receiving land My father faced 3 continuous floods in that 3 acre land How to tackle this

how he got 3acre of land whether it is from his own earings or his father property if yes than they can ask share in the 3acre and no rights in the 12 acre and they has prove in the court that your father earned that 12 acre joint family income as per your question it is very hard prove

ur father even if purchased with your grand father's money, that was his share in the property not sister's share. he has not purchased property taking sister's share of money, so how they are entitled !!!
