Hello Firstly if there is a WILL from your deceased parents you need to get it probated through the court to get the title of the property in your name after paying the stamp duty to the Government. Since this property is not self acquired by you and given by your parents, you need to get the relinquish ment of their share so that they may not claim their share after your demise . In case you give this property to only one child in your lifetime other children have right to object and seek their share.

Sir, you need to be more specific with the query. The nature if property, whether you have will in favour of any child etc. Yes you can deal with the property the way you like. Please feel free to contact further. Thanks Advocate Dr Preeti
