Revision against 125 crpc dismissal permanent order

To file a revision against 125 CrPC permanent order passed by Judicial First Class Magistrate, do we have to move the Sessions Court or High Court? Where is it maintainable?

high court is the appealant court for the orders of the family court and can be filed in high court only. for more information you can contact me through this website administrator and will surely help you out regarding the same and get you the relief with a result oriented approach

if the cases decided by JMIC then it would be at Session Court if it is decided by the family court then appeal would lie at high court. It is advised to carefully look at the order then take the further course of action
