Its been 11 years, my husband left me in abroad. He filed divorce in india (without informing ) so that he doesn't get into trouble in foreign place. Just before the final judgement he withdrew the case. And from then my jewelry is with my in-laws. I filed for domestic violence but he filed STAY petition in High Court saying it is in foreign place. Surprisingly HC gave STAY. 1. What CASE should I file to get back my jewelry from my in-laws 2. My husband is delaying the legal the cases. it is 12years of marriage. till now my husband didn't give any amount towards maintenance. I have filed Maintenance125. Any other suggestions 3. my father in-law passed away. will I get any property. My husband is the elder son. younger son is working in US.

the Jalsa with your in-laws then give the police complaint that they are really holding your jewels police refuse to take action then you must approach the quote for criminal actions only must be discussed it be fine

if you want any maintenance you file the case maintenance petition in concerned jurisdiction court and subsequently you file the I. A petition for return of articles and if you want any property you file the suit for property case you are entitled get the all the issue
