02-May-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a muslim. I live in a house owned by my grandfather. Grandparents are both dead.my father has 2 brothers to whom he had previously given thier share of property and seperated them bt no legal proof of it.Though they are nt a problem.I have 2 sisters 1 is married n other(eldest) is the problem.i am youngest.Eldest 1 is mentally unstable frm mre then 15 yrs.We tried our best to treat her bt she never cooperated.ow it has come to a state of unbearing her actions. She blackmails, beats up,abuses parents n everyone to no extent.Calls on police to makes us scared. She some times ask for her share to live separately too bt my family fears dat she'll end up loosin everythin n come back to us again makin our lives miserable. Is there a way to give her the money accountable to her n get a restraining order against her? She changes her statement evry second

Feel sorry to know about your situation. According to Sharia the children have no share in the property of father till he is alive and therefore your sister cannot claim any share as of now when your father is alive.
