Restoration of conjugal rights

Hi experts, My husband had applied for restoration of conjugal rights which was going on in family court since 2018. From the past 8 months me , husband and our 2 and half year old daughter were staying together, inspite of the constant torture and harassment from both my husband and mother in law . Though we were staying together in the same house, my husband was strangely contesting the matter in court, as we had never bought to the notice of the court that we were staying together. The case was almost headed for a settlement and closure this month in Feb 2019. But around the same time , a very shocking incident of extreme harrasment occured and my husband and mother in law kidnapped my daughter. I was forced to bring my daughter back and came back to my parent's house for few days wrt our safety Since I am currently staying with my parents now, my husband has made an appeal before the court seeking immediate custody of child. Could you please guide me as to what I should do now?
