Require advice for against 125 pc

My wife filing a case of 125 and yesterday was appreance date, now my question is :-
1.We are both are pvt company employees, but she was no mentioned the same, how can i prove it?
2.Can i filing divorce petition now?
3.She wrote in her petition that we are separate lived from more than 2 years, so can she filled 498 A against me?
4. She refused my money order more than one years continuously, we have a daughter, how can i see my baby?
Please help.
it is easy to prove, if you have details of her employment, dont file divorce, it will be a blunder, try things that she doesnot file 498a or else you will be harassed big time, do you have proofs of such refused money orders made by you, from this court only, you can get to see your baby over an order from court

As per the query in law rato if u want you can file a case against your wife and also seek permission to visit your daughter regularly so you can take legal step against your wife as as she refuses money so keep that proof

hi, in your case as you both are pvt ltd employee then definitely the salary goes into the account anf if you can collect the bank details or can adjust the payment receipt it will be a master stroke for you and secondly you can file divorce at any time no issue, thirdly she could not file a valid 498A though she can file a false case easily to harras you, fourthly the money order return is definitely in your favour, fifthly you have to file caee to have a right to see the baby, for more can get it touch with me.
