Request information on how to resolve my court marriage

I wanted to know what all would be required to dissolve my court marriage. We never had social marriage. Court marriage was done in February. It's been 3 months and we have never stayed together. We have never had intimate relations. Just wanted to know what all documents will be required and if we both need to be present here for the process as she is not staying in delhi.
As per the limited description mentioned by you, you can get your marriage declared null and void. This can be achieved through the court orders. Also marriage before court is a valid marriage and needs to ended by a cause and reason in accordance with law. Please feel free to contact.

You can file for file for divorce either contested in case your wife doesn't agree for the divorce or you can go for mutual consent divorce if you wife also agrees for the same.
Depending upon which option is taken, the documents will vary. Generally, documents like marriage certificate, ID proofs is must.
