Remedy in case wife cheated after marriage and demanding heavy money

My wife has cheated me after marriage. For sake of simple quarrel She has wantedly made it big and she has gone to her parents house along with my only son. My in laws don't have son's and even after multiple requests my wife is not coming back. She wants to be near her parents and she wants the child and some good money from me. Me and my parents are in deep sorrow. Wife is in Chennai and I am in Bangalore. She left the matrimonial home during Sep 2015.
You have not mentioned whether she has filed any case against you by seeking maintenance or divorce. Its not cheating its called desertion under law, your wife has deserted you so you can file RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) to get back your wife before Family Court at your place. you can file restitution of conjugal rights on wife and visitation right on child. if you want to break up go for divorce. but proof lies on you to show that she is deserted you. have sent legal notice to join back.
