Remedy if father discriminates daughter from son

I'm 29 yrs old unmarried Muslim lady...i hv earned MBA n MA degree with overcoming lots of pains n struggle given my father since my childhood..He has a hatred n careless attitude towards me due to being girl..he always stands with his son n his family with both mental n monetary support but for we daughters he showed as much carelessness as he cld..he is even not seems to look worry for my marriage n when I ask for it...just start pretending to act before society that he is too worry..now he is over 70 n he is taking advantage of being senior citizen dat I can't act strictly with him due to it...but matter doesn't stop with this...i want to excel in my career for which I must hv to go somewhere else but he doesn't allow me to do so in order to make his son happy...wheres his grand daughter is studying mbbs in Bhopal...it means he only wants me to be ruined from all sides of my life...so I want to make my self free from his cruel custody so dat I can live my life on my preferences
You can file a criminal case against your father u/s 125 CrPC along with other sections of Indian penal law. You are also eligible to file a domestic violence case against your father where you can get monetary benefit.

You are major of 29 years old. No body as per law can stop you to do whatever you want . If you want to free yourself from the clutches of your family nobody can stop you. Even your father can not. If they make any hindrance, file a written complaint to the police.

Dnt wry and try to faith in judiciary.being a father he shold never demerlise and deffernces between daughter and son.having equal rights of son and daughter on parents assets.if ur father lower down than take a legal action against him according to muslim law.
