Approach human right commission if the local police is not taking any action against the said illegal act of your parents . Or file case under the provisions of the domestic violence act. Where you will get order of protection
U r major and self employed. So your parents can not compel u to marry against your will.If police is not accepting your FIR, then u can file complaint in criminal Court against your parent.or else intimate to higher authority of police
How your mobile number can be tracked .if true and you have evidence ,file a complain in cyber cell of the district ,if not taken complain by email to dgp, women commission .if that r misbehaving at yr rented house ,file a complain at nearest PS.consult a lawer if FIR not drawn by police
You can approach the court directly by initiating a domestic violence case.
You may also file a complaint case before the magistrate. If police not registered the fir then you may sent it through registered post with ad to the local police station if they will not receive the fir the you may approach the proper court. Thank you
