Relationship with false information and cheated

I'm married but staying away from husband from last 7 yr..i met person who said is he divorced and deloveped closeness and physical relationship too.from last five months he stayed with me and during which he confessed he is not djvirceed yet and stated to file the case...his wife tried for marriage counseling and after six month he vanished one day with information...which giving me too much taurama of rejection ....please help me to what can be done..and i think he is with his family in hone town

as I understand here you have two issues one is with your husband desertion and another is extra marital affair with other person who cheated you by saying he is unmarried and now he is ignoring you, as the matter stood you can file a criminal case against that person and also you can get divorce with your husband under ground of disertion and maintenance and alimony as well.
