Related to my father’s job who is died in the year of 1990 due to rule

Hi Sir ,my father died in the year of 1990 and my mother is uneducated and all children’s were below 10years tht time and till now we didn’t receive this job to any of children’s due to the rules has changed as we applied twice in d year of 2007 and 2009 but it has been rejected please tel me how can I get this job ? Is there any rules for it ? As my brother is seeking for job please advice me what to do ?thanku in advance

Dear Sir, The rules says that such application must be filed by the wife or major children within one or two years of death of the employee. At that time your mother might not have filed such application within limitation. The High Court has vast discretion to entertain such delayed applications.

Dear client good evening, In your case is still pending in this as order by conecern authority , Exactly you have not posted in which department your father was did job and how many years they worked in Dept , when get you new rules regarding CG grounds.
