Related To GrandFathers Property

My grandfather owned a house, and now after his death my grandma went to his brothers house for living.She is not coming back home and asking my dad to pay for the property he is using. So can i get a way out of it.

detailed history of such circumstances arisen must be known to guide better otherwise your father will fall under trouble and will loose all rights from ancestral property of your grandfather, it needs to be dealt with care and not in rush. why is your grandmother doing such acts

hi, here you and your father can only be out of it only by waiting for the expiery of your grand maa, sorry to say but here if your grand maa sells or gifts her portion of share of land to others then it can be problematic one, for more info can contact me.
