My sister's husband absconded in 2018 with the help of his family members. He filed an IP petition.Recently he came to the PS after filing the case against them. But he is refusing to take my sister and his daughter along with him, saying that he is not doing any job.His father has an ancestral home. My sister is Hindu.What steps she has to take now.
if your sister's husband not willing to take her you can file a RCR and also as you said he does not do any job having no income even you can file for maintenance to your sister and child as you said he has a property you can attach it through court.
