Registration outside of state of residence

Hello, Me and my partner want to get registered for court marriage in Mumbai. I am from Cuttack (Odisha) and he is from Ujjain (MP). Is it possible to get married outside of both of our states of residence? Please let me know. Thank you.

if you are in Pune or Mumbai, you can register your marriage with marriage registrar by issuing one month notice. after expiration of 30 day period you can get marry with each other. marriage can be performed for next 3 months

You may register your marriage under Special Marriages Act at any place , provided that where you file the application for registration you got to give your local address though it may be temporary. You'll also have to give witnesses and...

dear client u can register marriage in mumbai. for that one has address proof of mumbai. if u have same then apply for marriage registration with details of age proof and three witness details. for any legal help call me adv Prasad Patil pune
