R/Sir,n My son was married in Surrey in the year 2020,he got Divorced on 30/01/2023,Divorce Certificate was issued to him on 28th February 2023 in Canada,When Can he marry again in India? Thanks

he can marry immediately after divorce if there is no bar under the law in which he has took the divorce. your son married outside, got divorce outside. so in India he can marry unless there is no stay by the other party to do the same..
