Regarding the family member certificate.

Can a MRO reject a family member certificate on the base of the applicant not staying in the aadhar address. And on what other bases can a MRO reject a family member certificate for general public.

are you going for legal heir certificate for that you all the members are from same address its for sure and some procedures need to fallow for legal heir certificate, you have to change the address first then apply for legal heir certificate.

hi no the MRO cannot reject the family memner certificate only on that ground that you could file writ petition in court questioning the action of the MRO as it is arbitrary and not in consonnance with principles of law
