Regarding the Court Marriage Process in West Bengal

23-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Dear sir/madam,nI am a 28-year-old male and my girlfriend is a 23-year-old female. I am a resident of Tripura and my girlfriend is a resident of West Bengal. I am currently working in Assam and my girlfriend is working in West Bengal. After being in a relationship for a long time we have finally decided to get married. Our goal is to get married and she will continue her job in West Bengal only as she can't leave her job, I will try to permanently move to West Bengal whenever I get the chance in the future. It would be very helpful if we can get the answers to the following queries:nn1) Where should we do the court marriage? In Tripura or West Bengal as per our goal?n2) What is the procedure for court marriage in West Bengal?n3) What are the documents required on our part?n4) What are the other criteria that need to be fulfilled as per our condition?n5) Is there any other special requirement as I am from Tripura and she is from West Bengal?nThank You
