Regarding the complaint to NCW. When the court case is already filed.

Can I complaint to NCW when already my case is in court ? If I file in NCW will they take immediate action in Muslim marriage issues. Court hearing is delayed due to lockdown. Can I file in NCW?

according to this, while case is pending before The Honorable Court, you can't go for file a complaint in in National commission for women. you have to wait until your case is getting hearing. for some other issue only you can file the same in the National commission for women.. for more help please contact me through Lawrato.

National women's commission is in New Delhi even we have the Tamil Nadu State women's Commission even there they want to Samantha will get you a week's time Aaye couple of weeks the process is also very slow for general in the matters of family dispute this women's Commission want entertain the matter if there is a previous refunds on basis on the gravity of the funds they may consider the case an application to them proposed but it is also your delete actors the courts and other forums aur in a slow process only
