Regarding signature of an agreement

I want to know that me and my husband is ready for the compromise but when investigation was going on he filed sec 10 and 25 due to covid the court is closed and case number is not with them..after all this my advocate is asking for the case number or copy of the case...I want to ask that is it necessary to have case number while having an agreement...kindly reply.
Well, reference to specific case no is only going to limit your case which is not beneficial.
An Agreement shall be prepared in a general way wherein all the legal disputes, past current or future shall be referred and prohibited but not just by mentioning one case or application no.

yes it's necessary for the aggriment. u belongs which city? very easy download the court app and find ur case number in that. it's easier. If u not able to do this then say ur lawyer. Every district court have a this facility for the advocate and clients.
