Regarding reply to divorce notice

My husband cheated and left me and my daughter in my parent's home for 1 1/2years, now to avoid me he is blaming and finding on reasons on me. he issued a divorce notice he stopped supporting us financially.. He threatens me whenever i go there to meet him for compromise.

Now you need to send reply to the notice to add your side of facts. This way you can counter his false claims and allegations and this will help you in the case if it is filed by your husband. If he files for divorce you can contest it.

If your husband a stop supporting you financially and has deserted you for more than two years then you are entitled for both maintenance as well as divorce from your husband. If you can approach me or any of the advocate of your choice we can file for a maintenance petition first in the family court and see what he responds then subsequently we can go for divorce if at all required on your side
