Regarding property transfer from son to mother.

My uncle died months ago. Now all his properties need to be transferred to his mother.

Dear Sir, On the death of a male person without having wife and children his properties has to be devolved as per Section 8 of Hindu Succession Act. If his properties to be inherited by his mother alone then all other his legal heirs should give NOC in favour of the mother of the deceased otherwise it is possible.

hi, if your uncle is not married, then you can tranfer his properties to his mother name, before transferring you will have to obtain succession certificate from court, kindly contact me for getting succession certificate and also for any legal assistance. thanks
