Hi. I m Kavita kumari, I want pocket money or money for my personal expenses from my husband. Is this eligal or ligal? Thanks.
yes you are entitled to receive money for your Maintenance which includes your pocket money, you are entitled to it only if you do not have your own independent income, hence if you are not working or not having any source of income then you are entitled for it, if he does not give then you can file petition in court under domestic violence Act.
