Regarding Pocket Money Or Money For Personal Expenses From Husband

Hi. I m Kavita kumari, I want pocket money or money for my personal expenses from my husband. Is this eligal or ligal? Thanks.

yes you are entitled to receive money for your Maintenance which includes your pocket money, you are entitled to it only if you do not have your own independent income, hence if you are not working or not having any source of income then you are entitled for it, if he does not give then you can file petition in court under domestic violence Act.

Dear Madam Yes, without pocket money how you can run the show. The house wife is considered as Treasurer of the family and husband must provide sufficient funds. You may mildly get issue a legal notice to your husband and if he did not agree then you have to exercise your rights. If my legal opinion satisfied and for free consultation give me RANK 5.
