Regarding partition deed Registration

Property has been registered into one of their sister, To make process easy for court and other things , can it be brought under the partition deed

you can registered the partition did before the way the property has been situated and you have and produced before the court so it is easy and compromise decree as we should be drawn according to the partition hence you can is very faster than the court petition when all the partners are ready for the partition all the share on the ko share holders of the property are ready for the partition then in sublist are you can register the partition deed and draw the partition accordingly

Dear Sir
If it is not registered it is better to register by paying necessary stamp duty im the sub Registrar office where the property is situated. it may be registered as partition deed or settlement deed. if there is any complications then file partition suit and with consult of other co-persons it can be decreed as consnet decree .
