Regarding Not fulfilling the committment of marriage .

29-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
I have been in a relationship with a guy since april 2015. We wanted to marry.. So we talked to our parents about our relationship. I managed to convince my parents somehow. But his parents are reluctant to our marriage. I asked him to marry without his parents consent. But he doesn't want to go against his parents wish. His father is a heart patient. So he doesn't want to force him. I want to marry that guy because he made a commitment to me. And we were in physical relationship. I am very upset these days. I am unable to understand what should i do now? And yes, my age is 25 and his age is 27..we both are adults. And we both are hindu.

as for your query don't go into litigation you also have to understand his situation about his father's health you can talk to him and go for court marriage if ur parents are ready by that time he will also get time to convince his parents you both can hire an advocate to get urself into mediation for a better results.

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion is that if he is not convincing his parents and making physical relation with you so convince him for marriage in the court or in Arya Samaj Mandir . and if he is not convinced then w a r n him that you will proceed in the legal manner .
