Regarding my husband brother marriage concern

My husband brother got married through shadi.com and both the families had met. The girl puts false blame on my husband, me and other members who were not present at home after there marriage. As we work in different city and haven't gone home for 2 yrs. Brother and girl, alongwith nanad, mom, dad went back to hometown after the marriage at girls place. So she had trouble there but she has put every one name in the charge sheet filed at police station.
So just want to ask will we also be trouble

you must move to the High Court to eliminate your name and others were not presented the time of occurrence of offence and there are many rulings of supreme Court and high court regarding this you will get relief
