Regarding maintenance for daughter or mother

Me(32agefemale),my brother(25age unemployed ), my mother(57age) live together and our father live separately. I(32age) can not walk properly due to medical condition . My father is ex-servicemen getting Rs 25000 monthly pension and he got around 50lakhs more but for last 2 years he is not giving any money not even for food . What should we do ? And how much time approx it take legally to get some financial help from father for basic things?nThank you

you and your mother can get the maintenance from your father but your brother didn't. if you want maintenance amount than you should file a maintenance case againt your father then court decide the maintenance for you and your mother. for more details you can contact me

ap unki property mai saath hi unki salary m apna share le sakte hai ap Sec 125 m apna expensive le sakte te saath hi unki property mai apko share milega ap suit file kare apko apna share jarur milega pension mai bhi ap apna share claim kar sakte hai

you and your family can file a maintenance suit under section 125crpc and demanding proper maintenance from your father. if you satisfied the court then surely court order in favour of you. tel me if there is past litigation between your mother and your father.
