Regarding issue with my elder brother

My elder brother is troublesome for my parents as he is not ready to work , married too but not ready work. Drinks everytime and tries to threaten my parents too. How to get rid of him from my parents .

hai sir.. I will assist you with respect to the issue. I need some more facts to give the proper advise like weather you all living under one roof. and what kind of solution you want like criminal course of action or civil court of action

Dear Sir, Such drunken persons and lazy persons are on increase in the Society. You may lodge a complaint with Police or findout a rehabilitation centre which is exclusively for drunken people. Such centre will be run by NGO's and funded by Central Government and other foreign organisations. You may also lodge complaint with Police as he is creating nuisance and danger for your parents.
