Regarding divorce .my wife is already married to someone and now

My wife is already married to someone which i came to know after 7 years of marriage.i filed null and void case to her...she also doest behave well with me and have releation with other person also ..i dont have proof of her marriage...in divorce case she replied that she is married but at time of marriage she is 17.6yrs ..she told during marriage police came and stopped her marroage which is fake statement as she was not 18...her husband also filed a case this year only of 494 ..he doesnt have photographs but have marriage card..what to do now...

your wife is married to someone else which you came to know after 7 years of marriage you filed w null and void case to her she also doesn't well with me. you are not having any proof of marriage. in case she repplied marriage

ask your wife's previous husband to summon you in his section 494 case record your statement prove your marriage that it was performed as per HM Act this will help her previous husband to succeed in his case then get the copy of section 494 from her previous husband then you can go for nullify your marriage on the ground of section 494 against your wife if this is not enough you can and file a criminal case against her of forgery and cheating this will create pressure over your wife a and in order to get rid of this case you can come to an agreement and get rid of your wife

In Hindu Law the second marriage is void marriage and your wife is admitted I had already married the admission is the best evidence. Hence there is no need to prove it j udgement of Supreme Court there is valid marriage after 16 year and your wife admitted she was 17. 5.
