Regarding details on how Disha case works

6 months before, my wife, her parents and relatives came to my house and had fight with us. 2 months back she finally agreed to come to my home and signed an paper with few conditions. She, her father and her grand father signed and came home. She was not talking normally and was in some or the other work in home. On Monday her parents came to my home and they took her to her home saying that they will send her in 4 days. But now, they have filed Disha case on me. What should I do?

hi if she is not coming to marital home then you could file restiution of conjugal rights and if there is any FIR filed against you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations

is it Disha case or divorce case .. engage a counsel and contest the matter.. also if you want her back can counter on conjugal rights and if you have a child of this wedlock file a custody case. If you keep quite, she might get exparte.
