Regarding 498A Case,can Wife Withdraw 498A Case Which Is In Trail

498A case is in trail and in first hear we both said settlement but later husband is denying to give alimony, and i dont want to proceed for cases with my 6 years kid so i want to withdraw the case is it possible, kindly help me an a singoe mother with kid he is denying alimony and i dont have any support to run the case as he is influential so plz anyone guide me Thank you sir/madam
yes u can withdraw the case. I suggest you to approach the public prosecutor and describe the issue. so the case can be withdrawn by u in the open court. secondly I would like to know y u don't want to continue. without obtaining alimony how can u look after the wellbeing of ur 6yr child.

Hi, yes it possible if you wish to withdraw the case. It is something a husband would readily accept. So we both are ready we can immediately have the case withdrawn . However it depends if any other sections are included in the same case.
