I dated a guy.he was very aggressive and harrase me mentally.by coming to know his true colours I broke up with him.he started to cry everyday and used to call and harrase me.i clearly said him that I don't want to continue relationship.he said he still love me so I've to love hime back.He started to blackmail me that he'll suicide a several number of times.Then he blackmailed me that he'll say bad things about me to my parents.now I blocked him and in my exam preparation at home.pls suggest.

Hi, the guy with whom you have been in relationship appears to be very dangerous and volatile. If he persist in harassing you the same way, you should take legal steps before he does anything. you can either issue a legal notice warning him of consequnces if her continues to bother you.

Q: Promise of false marriage and sexual contact

One army person used to say that he will marry me On that he convinced my parents and since then both of us used to chat with each other on phones. He also had sexual intercourse with me on false promise of marriage. Later he refused me. I made fir against him (417,420,376 ipc). after 14 days remand he got bail. And charge sheet is not prepared yet. How can move this case to army court. Is there any way to move this case to army court, will they give justice for me or not?

The way things went in your case appears to me, as if that man has made false promise to get intimate with you. It's very a painful situation. Yes, you should take some legal action to fix this man.

I have given 10,00,000/- ( seven lakhs ) to my friend, some amount in cash and some amount to bank account. He paid me intrest for few months and Now he was refusing to give me the money. I have taken a cheque from him as a surity. Can i get my money back while a filing the case in court.

Q: My husband is having a extra marital affair

Hi my husband is cheating on me with another girl they work in same hospital she is a nurse and first time caught him he was sorry and he said he wont do it again but after 4 days he again started talking to her i saw so many calls and texts between them and i aslo called that girl and scold her so she said she wont do it again but they are doing it anyways.so my question is to file a case against my husband for cheating and also a case on that girl.i dont know where she live but i have her number and also so many proofs against them how can i file a case against him and her?

Yes, you can file for divorce and harassment against your husband and the said lady. You are entitled for alimony as well. As adultery is not an offense you may not succeed against the said lady in filing a criminal case against her.
