Recovery of some amount from my husband

I have left my husband in 2008 due to abuse , drinking and beating habit.. I have 2 daughters .. I want legal property hissa from.him for mi and my daughters What can I do ??

in this case you need to file domestic violence case or maintenance case under section 125 or Hindu marriage Act act section 24 in family court or civil Court then after what will issue notice to your husband then you will get the maintenance from the court for the further clearance you can call me I will explain in detail

Well, if you have left your Husband in 2008 by seeking Mutual Divorce from him, then, you could have drafted a Mutual Divorce Contract, as per the executed terms and conditions of which, you can get Child support and alimony for yourself. However, in 2008, if you have left him without seeking Divorce, then, you can file a case under Sec 125 of CRPC, 1973 as on today to seek Maintenance.
