I have got Ex-Parte Divorce Decree 10 days back.
My would be is already mutually divorced 5 years back.
I have a Question
1) How fast can I remarry in Noida or Delhi ?

there is a right of appeal, so you have to wait for at least 30 to 90 days according to Hindu marriage act, remarriage clause.

As per the Hindu law, you have to wait for atleast 90 days from the date of decree, if the opposite party approaches high court to file First Appeal against Ex-parte then you will have to wait for sometime until/unless the case get decided. Rest answer will be given after going through the Judgement n Order.
