ADJ/FTC SECOND ke dwaraa talaak allow kiyaa gayaa vidaayee dismiss kiyaa gaya hai baad mein humne high court se talaak ko stay karvaa diyaa aur vidaayee ke liye bhi appel kar diyaa hai baad me pataa chalaa ki wife ne 2 shaadi kiya hai to humne supplementery second marriage certificate aur ration card sabut daakhil kar diyaa TO KYAA INHE TALAAK MILEGAA YA NAHI

Agar wife ne second marriage kiya hai bina Pehle husband se talaq liye hue tou second marriage ka kanoon main koi sthan nahin hai yeh marriage null and void hai. You contact me for further advice
