Query for not to include in a case filed against my elder brother

Hello sir, My elder brother is criminal minded person. He used to beat his wife and my mother. We also have filed a complaint in nearby police station against him but he is not arrested yet. His brother-in-law also threatened us to take action against all of us including my mother and my younger brothers. So I need a good solution to get rid of this situation. Thanks.
Dear client you must mention that under which sections of IPC you have Lodged the first information report.
If police is not taking any action upon your report then you have the remedy to file a progress report (pragati aakhya) before the concerned magistrate.
Other remedy is to file a writ petition before high court seeking a direction to police authorities to fairly investigate into the matter.
