Query for criminal case after I left my wife with a leave note

Dear sir,
Myself vikas singh I am living with my wife and daughter due to daily verbal and abuse language used my wife I wants to leave house with a leaving note because I know she will never give me divorce but I cnt live with her anymore. I wants to know what charges she can file against me and my family after I left home because I have a love marriage my family was not agree at the time of marriage and also anyone involved in marriage till yet. She had also filed a fake case against me and my family in March 2020 but it has resolved now. Our marriage has completed seven ears now. I just wants to know what legal case she can file against me after I left the house with a note, can she file a missing complaint against me.

hello sir, I have read your query. your wife can file a case of Domestic violence, 498a, s.125 crpc. she can also file for restitution. If your wife doesn't agree for a mutual consent divorce you can also file a divorce under 13 1 ia. You can contact me for legal help or guidance

Hi,
Your wife has an option to file a case under section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights. She may file a case under Domestic violence Act and for cruelty under 498 A. Further she can file a petition for maintenance also. s.125 crpc. You have options available with you also Do consult for guidance.
