Hindu Wife living with her parents since 25 years and not ready to give divorce and Hindu husband living with divorcee lady since 16 years. What does Hindu Marriage Law say to protect husband ?
if the wife is not residing with husband willfully for these much years then the husband can get a divorce decree from the court on the ground of desertion. Husband can file a divorce petition before the family court.
